Team Summary
As the leader of TenSquare Construction Services, Jorge Diez brings extensive expertise in commercial construction, specializing in office remodels, retail finish-outs, and warehouse design. With a holistic approach, he integrates design, architectural, and engineering solutions for seamless project delivery. Jorge’s strengths—Activator, Individualization, Input, Restorative, and Positivity—fuel his collaborative and innovative leadership style. A seasoned project manager with deep knowledge of renewable energy and IT systems, Jorge delivers tailored solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Jose Penar
Jose Pinar as the COO of TenSquare brings 28 years of experience starting and managing several business ventures, where he has achieved proficiency in Project Management, meeting milestones in time and budget. While developing companies and opening new markets, Jose has learned to analyze, study, summarize and report opportunities, to succeed in the objective oriented business plan execution, and helped to deal, acquire and integrate companies.
Jose holds an Engineering degree in Industrial and Technology from Private University of Comillas and a master degree in Innovation.
Humbly honored to be the spouse of a wonderful woman and gifted with 5 children, he loves to help spreading the Kingdom of Christ, through the Catholic Church, learning from History, as the divine Providence plan for Redemption, focusing in Marriage and Family matters, with special devotion to defending the unborn. He has been called to serve in different diocesan and private charities as a Board member.
After more than 5 years working on renovations with A9 Arkitektura, I moved to Monterrey to focus on building high-end single-family homes in San Pedro Garza García, where I developed my professional career from January 2017 to 2021. Since 2021, I’ve been working in Texas on commercial projects, particularly restaurants, in collaboration with Tensquare CS.
Sarah Cannon
Sarah Cannon is the Business Manager at TenSquare. After graduating from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin, Sarah managed distribution operations at a Fortune 500 company. In subsequent years she has devoted her time to various teaching and volunteer positions in education. From those experiences, Sarah brings refined organizational skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to her work at Ten Square.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children. In her spare time she likes to work out, cook, read the Bible, and watch competitive cooking TV shows. She also continues to volunteer at her local church by teaching faith formation classes for children, leading a women’s Bible study, and sponsoring couples in their preparation for marriage. Her ideal vacation consists of going to faraway places and spending time outdoors to appreciate God’s creation.
Sarah is the point of contact for any business and administrative needs at TenSquare. In this capacity, she serves both the client and subcontractors and supports her team on each project from start to finish.
JP Blanton
JP Blanton serves as Sales Manager at TenSquare Construction Services, bringing experience in sales, business development, account management, and client relations across the construction and cycling industries.
At TenSquare, JP leads business development efforts while working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners to develop new opportunities and guide projects from initial conversations through estimating, proposals, and project award.
JP’s background in customer service and sales management has shaped a relationship-driven approach centered on communication, responsiveness, and understanding each client’s needs. He is experienced in developing strong client relationships, managing sales opportunities, and delivering a positive experience throughout the sales process.
JP is passionate about building lasting relationships, growing TenSquare’s presence throughout North Texas, and creating a positive experience for clients from the first conversation through project completion.
